As the effects of COVID-19 continue to affect tourism across Europe and the rest of the world, the Murcia region or “Vegetable Garden of Europe” just never stops giving.
Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming more cyclists from Belgium, who were staying in one of the most beautiful parts of our region. With the towns of Ricote, Ulea, Blanca, Ojós, Cieza, Abarán, Villanueva and Archena on their doorstep, and being surrounded by fruit and citrus orchards.
The Ricote valley has a rich heritage with Arab influences, gastronomical traditions supported by the locally produced wines, contrasting landscapes, all these combined make the perfect ingredients for a cycling holiday location, they were definitely in cycling heaven!
Having welcomed them and provide them with our Cervélo S-Series and R-Series Carbon Road hire bikes, accessories, nutrition and GPX routes its always great to see them on your return to collect the bikes and be able hear about their trip, the routes, and experiences. What is more on their return home they have taken the time to share some photos taken during the trip and to confirm the booking for a return trip in November this year.
